• How long to setup the photo booth and what space is required? A typical setup takes around 30 minutes and ideally requires a 3m x 3m space

• How many people can you fit in the shot? As this is an open-air style photo booth, it gives you greater ability to fit more in so can cater anything up to 8-10 people

• Are visits & prints unlimited? Visits in the hire period are unlimited and you get 2 prints per visit (with a hosted service), 1 print goes to the participants and 1 goes into your guestbook.

• How do I get my photos after the event? We will send you a digital link to a cloud-based gallery of images

• Can the photo booth go outside? Yes, but it generally requires a flat, solid surface and full cover from the elements (direct sunlight and rain)

• How long to setup the 'LOVE' letters and what space is required? Setup only takes about 10 minutes and when all together they take up about 8ft in length on a level flat surface.

• Are they battery or mains powered? They are mains powered and we provide all the necessary leads required to plug into the nearest plug socket. We have not yet come across battery versions that can run for the duration required for most events whilst also maintaining the brightness to give the best effect for our customers.

• Can we move them into a different location on the day? Yes we do allow them to be moved by venue staff if they are happy to do this but must be agreed between the venue & The Party Starters

• Can the letters go outside? Unfortunately they are not weather proof and so can only go outside if they can they can be protected from the elements eg: under a gazebo or roof.

• How are they secured and are they safe for children? We will provide weights at the back of the letters to hold them in place as much as possible but it is the hirers responsibility to keep children (and adults!) from knocking them over, any damages during the hire period would involve repair costs being recovered from the customer.
