RETURNS
If you want to return or exchange products, you can, as long as we receive them back within 15 days from the date of delivery in a resell-able condition. We’re sorry but we don’t accept returns on confectionery (Sweetie Cones), personalised products, helium canisters, pre-filled party bags. Any queries please contact us on 01379 688 329.
Please note that we won’t cover the cost of returning products unless products are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied, and if a discount was applied to your order, returned items will be refunded with the discount price paid. All returned products are inspected when we receive them. If a product is returned in a condition we think is unfit for reselling, we won’t process the refund and we’ll return it to you. You can find more information on our return and refund policies in our Terms and Conditions.
Damages must be reported in writing to orders@thepartystarters.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery and attaching clear photos of the damage, alternatively fill in the form below.
